Return and Exchange Policy

Society 22 Inc. strives to satisfy our customers and will make every effort to correct our mistakes.  We value and appreciate your business.

RETURNS...

All sales are final. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at Society22inc@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery confirmation date to discuss any issues.

EXCHANGES...

We accept exchanges within 10 days of delivery confirmation. Exchanges must be received in their original, unworn and unused condition. All returns are subject to evaluation by Society 22 Inc. and we reserve the right to refuse return of items not in the condition that they were purchased in or that are damaged or destroyed.

Custom items cannot be accepted for exchange unless defective, damaged or incorrect items shipped. Samples to verify color and sizing are available for inspection by customer prior to placing final order. 

Please note: you will be responsible for all return shipping fees if you choose to return it to us unless the items are damaged, defective or incorrect upon arrival.

How to properly exchange an item from Society 22 Inc.:

Email us at Society22inc@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt of merchandise for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which must be clearly labeled on the outside of the box of any authorized returns. Any items returned without an authorization number will NOT be credited or returned. 

Return shipments are at customer’s expense. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.

CREDITS...

You will receive a credit in the original form of payment. Please allow up to two (2) weeks for your return to be received and processed.
