Where are you located?....We are based in Cleveland, OH
Are you licensed?... Yes. We are licensed under Society 22 for Delta Sigma Theta and Sew Beyond Creative for Alpha Kappa Alpha sororities.
What are your hours for local pickup?... Notify us and we have the item ready for you between the hours of 8am and 8pm. Local pick-up is no contact.
Are you a member of BLGO? Yes. we are members of Alpha Kappa Alpha and Delta Sigma Theta sororities.
Can I request a customized items?
- Single Item: Add a line number or crossing season (Coming Soon)
- Line: We can create custom items for your line
- Chapter : We can create custom items for your chapter
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States takes 7 - 10 business days to ship from our warehouse. Most orders are received within 8 - 12 business days of ordering (or sooner). International orders usually take 2-3 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing. Priority shipping will decrease shipping times 2-3 days.
What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.
Order Cancellations and Return Policy
We strive to satisfy our customers and will make every effort to correct our mistakes.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. But if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us.
We accept exchanges within 10 days of shipping. Exchanges must be received in their original, unworn and unused condition. All returns are subject to evaluation by Society 22 Inc. and we reserve the right to refuse return of items not in the condition that they were purchased in or that are damaged or destroyed.
All exchanges must be exchanged by the purchaser and the original order number must be provided, along with the reason for the exchange. Please note: you will be responsible for all return shipping fees if you choose to return it to us unless the items are damaged, defective or incorrect upon arrival.
Decorated (Custom) items cannot be accepted for return unless defective, damaged or incorrect items shipped. Samples to verify color and sizing are available for inspection by customer prior to placing final order.
How to properly exchange an item from Society 22 Inc.:
Email us at Society22inc@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt of merchandise for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which must be clearly labeled on the outside of the box of any authorized returns. Any items returned without an authorization number will NOT be credited or returned.
Return shipments are at customer’s expense. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.
You will receive a credit in the original form of payment. Please allow up to four (2) weeks for your return to be received and processed.
